Return & Refund Policy

At Bailey Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and issue refunds if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description.

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos showing the issue. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return or refund process.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Personal preference or dissatisfaction with color, scent, or style
• Items that have been opened, used, or altered
• Clearance or final sale items

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging unless the item arrived damaged.

Bailey Beauty reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
